Refund Policy – CC Markets 4 Days Events
Effective Date: 02/08/2025

At CC Markets 4 Days Events, we are committed to providing a professional and well-organized experience for all vendors and attendees. Due to the nature of event planning and vendor space reservations, all payments are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Vendor fees are non-refundable once payment has been submitted. However, if a vendor is unable to attend, a credit may be issued for a future event at our discretion, provided that cancellation is communicated at least 5 days before the event. No credits will be given for cancellations made within 5 days of the event date.

If an event is canceled by CC Markets 4 Days Events, vendors will receive a full credit toward a future event. If an event is rescheduled, all vendor registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date. Vendors who are unable to participate on the rescheduled date may request a credit for a future event. No-shows forfeit their registration fee and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Events will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by CC Markets 4 Days Events. Refunds will not be provided for weather-related cancellations; however, a credit for a future event may be considered at our discretion. For attendee ticket sales, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by CC Markets 4 Days Events, in which case vendors may be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

• Weather Policy: We are a rain, shine, or wind event. Rescheduling of this event will only take place if extreme weather conditions (i.e... freezing conditions, lightning storms or excessive heat) so please be ready for the elements. There’s NO reason for a million emails, texts, or calls to see if the market is still on..we promise IT IS! These are the terms agreed upon when signing your vendor application. Meaning, a no show/cancellation due to weather will result in permanent removal from all of our events as a vendor. BE PREPARED FOR THE ELEMENTS! This is TEXAS, please understand we can experience all four seasons within an hour. We always try our best to ensure a safe and quality event!

• No show/Cancellation:  No shows on the day of the market will result in removal from the vendor list for future events, permanently with CCMarkets4Days, and result in forfeiture of payment paid prior to the event. If you must cancel, do so within 72 Hours prior to the market by texting CCMarkets4Days Events (817) 876-6494. Include your business, name, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation, without a reasonable explanation will result in forfeiture of payment.
